Pleasant Valley Recreation's Soccer Camp is Back!!!
Our Soccer Camp is a coed program open to Pleasant Valley residents and eligible non-residents entering 1st grade through entering 8th grade. Campers will be grouped by grade.
If your child will be attending multiple PV Recreation camps this summer, the Medical Screening Form only needs to be completed once, but it must be filled out in its entirety.
Please refer to the “IMPORTANT MEDICAL INFORMATION” section below for details regarding required immunization records.
The goal of this camp is to develop each player’s skills while building confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Drop-off is at 8:30 AM – Pick-up is at 11:30 AM
Registration Details:
- Registration is first-come, first-served
- Deadline: May 31
- Late fees begin: June 1

IMPORTANT MEDICAL INFORMATION
- RECORD OF IMMUNIZATIONS: Dutchess County Department of Health regulations require that we have the dates of these immunizations on file from Physician's records. Please submit a copy of these records AT LEAST ONE WEEK BEFORE START OF PROGRAM, either by having the doctor’s office fax them directly to the Rec Office at 845-635-8408, via regular mail to 1903 Route 44, Pleasant Valley, NY 12569, or if need be they can be dropped by the Rec Office located at Recreation Office at the PV Town Hall at 1903 Route 44, Pleasant Valley, NY 12569.
- A Camp physical is not mandatory, but any and all health concerns must be noted.
